The locomotive presents very well overall. Paint, lettering and Penn Central graphics appear clean, and the handrails, safety chains, steps and other major exterior details appear intact based on the supplied photos.
The underside also appears clean with normal evidence of previous use.
The original RMT box is included but shows significant shelf/storage wear, including edge wear, scuffing, creasing and worn corners.
