Add convenient hands-free magnetic uncoupling to your HO Scale railroad with the Bachmann E-Z Mate® Magnet with Brakeman, Model #78999.
This under-track magnet is designed to activate magnetically operated knuckle couplers, allowing locomotives and rolling stock to be uncoupled at designated locations without manually handling the cars. It is designed for installation beneath Bachmann E-Z Track® and is also compatible with popular cork roadbed and conventional track systems.
The magnet works with all magnetically operated couplers currently on the market and conforms to NMRA (National Model Railroad Association) Standards, making it a versatile accessory for HO Scale layouts using compatible magnetic knuckle couplers.
A painted brakeman figure is included and can be positioned near the track as a visual marker for the uncoupling location while adding an extra detail to your railroad scene.
