Manufactured by Champion Model Co. of Cleveland, Ohio, this vintage set was produced for lettering and detailing Southern Pacific passenger diesel locomotives. The original envelope is clearly marked “HO Gauge Complete Set.”

An excellent accessory for restoring vintage locomotives, custom painting projects, or collectors of discontinued Champ model railroad decals.
